The versatility of the Ranger is also reflected in the medium-wide, perfectly fitting cut, which is comfortable and at the same time sufficiently stable and aggressive. The construction of the Salming Ranger model is based on the features of previous Salming Trail T model lines and brings innovations especially in the upper area. In the Ranger model, this consists of an ideally strong polyester knit, which is protected around the entire circumference of the shoes by a special polyurethane strip ROCShield ™.
The proven concept of the Salming RunLite ™ cushioning foam midsole and universal 4 mm rubber outsole works great on all types of natural surfaces and delivers unexpectedly high quality grip and dynamism at every step. The Salming Ranger is one of so-called universal trail shoes. Thanks to the size of the sample and the very high-quality and durable grip of its sole, it can handle most natural surfaces, as well as in moments when running will lead you to a firmer surface or even asphalt.
The Salming Ranger model will be appreciated by both beginners and advanced runners. Runners with less experience will especially appreciate the overall comfort and stability that this trail model offers. The more advanced will then fully develop its dynamic properties and great grip at every step. Salming Ranger are not exactly the right choice you should choose for mountain ultra running. Their medium-high, dynamic damping predestines them to medium-long trail runs, where speed, stability and a feeling for the surface will be more important for you. Of course, not at the expense of proper comfort.
