PowerLite™ Aero™ technology is a lightweight version of the PowerLite shaft. These shafts are a lightweight and well-balanced. Powerlite™ Aero™ technology use a special carbon fiber structure. Salming discovered this special structure while developing squash rackets. This new material mixture has better absorption properties. Shafts from the PowerLite™ Aero™ series are among the lightest shafts. This technology is characterized by the composition: 95% carbon and 5% Vectran - a special resin that makes these floorball sticks better. The older models are made of 100% carbon.
There are several types of handling shapes, but there is no universal recommendation which shape is the best. It is just a subjective feeling. For example: Oval is an oval profile of a floorball stick. Floorball sticks with oval handling are generally heavier, so Salming uses a lightweight material here, which reduces the weight of the stick. The Salming handling shapes are:
It is the most popular player blade from Salming. Quest Blade 1 is the development phase of the Quest Blade series. Its versatility bears the greatest share of the popularity of this blade. You can shoot and pass with it in all ways. This versatility of the blade is caused by its curve (not much, not little, just right). Additional feature of the blade is slightly bent tip. This blade is used by Kim Nilsson (one of the most famous floorball players) because of these characteristics. He has been offered new blades several times - Hawk, Raptor, but Kim Nilsson has always refused them and stayed loyal to his Q1 blade.
Blade Quest 1 is perfect for technical players, you will enjoy passing by forehand as well as by backhand. Great for slap shots and various technical tricks. Concavity of the blade at the deepest point is 7.2 mm and the playing surface is 181cm² - the smallest of all Salming models.
But its weight is really nice, only 72 grams, which ranks this blade to the lightest blades on the market.
A professional grip from Salming Purity grip stands out from competing wraps mainly by its light weight. You can find it in white only because it has the best features. Grip is weight comparable with Tourlite WetTac, but it is a bit stronger.
Is not perforated.
