If the product does not suit you, it is possible to exchange it unused. Just wrap the package and proceed according to Sending goods back.
We will try to process the exchange within 10 working days. In case of urgent processing, please contact us contact at info@efloorball.net . You can exchange the goods within 14 days of delivery. Goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery. A longer period can also be agreed in case of individual requests or, for example, after Christmas.
We will then process the incoming package in stock within 7 working days. The money is transferred back to the customer by the accounting department within 14 days.

In the event of a complaint, we proceed according to the applicable legislation. Tell us about the defect, find the invoice (or other proof of purchase) and enclose a copy to the package and proceed according to Sending goods back.
In case of more complicated complaints, please complete the documentation - a detailed description of the defect, photos, or videos etc. We try to resolve the complaint in such a way that all parties are satisfied as far as possible. The period for handling complaints is 30 days.
