• access an online advisory section that includes guides on choosing equipment,

• select delivery options (available delivery methods are listed in the shopping cart after adding a product),
• use secure payment methods (available payment options depend on the selected delivery method and are listed in the cart after adding a product),

2. Explanations Necessary for Understanding the Service

• By clicking on the efloorball logo, you will always return to the homepage with current promotions and news.
• The main menu under the efloorball logo, the category filter, and the internal search bar at the top center of the screen help with website navigation.
• After selecting a product category, sorting options will appear on the left, and the main product catalog will be shown in the center.
• Tabs will guide you intuitively through the ordering process. First, choose products from the catalog, add them to the cart, and select delivery and payment method. Then, enter your personal data – either log in (if you haven’t already) or provide information for a one-time purchase. Finally, click "complete order" and the order will be saved in the system.
• In the top-right corner of the screen, you will always find a login link and an option to view your shopping cart.

The www.efloorball.net website is designed in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, and the harmonized standard EN 301 549.
