According to the latest news, Zone floorball has introduced the new Maker blade. The developers made sure the blade fits all types of players, which makes it something special. The Zone Maker blade is the result of evolutionary development by Zone floorball. It gives the impression that the developers took the best features of all previous blades and combined them into one. The blade is made of special polypropylene, reducing its weight to 79 g and, in the Air Soft Feel version, even to just 74 g.
The Zone Maker blade has a moderate pre-curve – positioned between the Monstr and the Zuper. Thanks to the extended lower edge, the blade remains straight with a slight concavity. This allows excellent control on both the forehand and backhand side. It is important to mention that the Maker blade is not as shooting-oriented as the Hyper or Zuper blades. Instead, it emphasizes technique, making it perfect for technical players.
Zone floorball HYPER Composite Light 29 white/red and Light 27 black
Another bestseller of the new season is the Hyper Composite Light 29 white/red and Hyper Composite Light 27 black. Both sticks are equipped with the HYPER blade. Compared to its predecessor, it has an even more concave forehand side from heel to tip to enhance shooting performance. The blade frame shape provides perfect ball control. The only disadvantage may be backhand passing. Combined with a composite shaft and the traditional Opti perforated grip, these sticks become true shooting weapons.

Blade hardness
Zone produces its blades in two materials. The PE material is available in medium, medium+ and hard hardness levels. The second material, PP, is labeled as Air Soft Feel (medium) or Air Hard (hard). It is a “rubber-like” plastic blend that improves ball control. The ball does not bounce off the blade, shots are less powerful but more precise. The Air Soft Feel version is approximately 5 g lighter than the classic medium blade. The disadvantage is shooting power – the ball travels faster with the classic medium version, so this blade is not primarily designed for long-distance shots.
