We guarantee delivery by Christmas Eve if you meet the following conditions:

Our Christmas delivery guarantee applies to France, Poland, Romania and Slovenia.
Eligible orders placed by 18 December 2026 at 11:59 PM CET will be delivered no later than 24 December 2026, provided all items are in stock and payment is made online by card.
2. When is the last day to order for guaranteed Christmas delivery?
18 December 2026 at 11:59 PM CET.
To qualify, all items in your order must be in stock, you must pay online by credit or debit card, and your delivery address must be in one of the countries covered by our guarantee.
3. Can I still order Christmas gifts if I live outside the guaranteed delivery countries?
Absolutely! We ship internationally, so you can still order your Christmas gifts from eFloorball.
However, delivery by 24 December cannot be guaranteed for destinations outside France, Poland, Romania and Slovenia.
Shipping times depend on your destination and the selected carrier, so we recommend ordering early.
4. What if an item in my order is out of stock?
Our Christmas delivery guarantee only applies to orders containing exclusively in-stock items.
If an item is unavailable, we recommend choosing an in-stock alternative or contacting our customer support team.
5. How do I choose the right floorball stick length and side as a gift?
The most important factors are the player's height and their preferred playing side.
- 📏 Stick length – choose according to the player's height.
- 🏑 Left-handed stick – the player holds the stick with their left hand lower down.
- 🏑 Right-handed stick – the player holds the stick with their right hand lower down.
