PULSE

PULSE is the name of composite stick by OxDog. You can find all the Oxdog technologies directly on the stick. There are pictures of the used technologies on the floorball stick. Here is the list of them:

• LC - Sticks with LC have a lightweight plug. The plug is smaller, thinner and lighter. Lighter plug = lighter stick. The plug is so small that you may feel like there is no one on the stick. This suits some players, but there are also those who need a bigger plug because it helps them better control their stick.
• Composite - OxDog have been using 2 composite types: Composite R600 and Composite R500. Composite R600 is a higher quality and lighter composite material than composite R500. Composite R500 is a heavier composite material, but it is the most durable material that OxDog uses in their floorball sticks. If you find only "Composite" written on the stick, it is a composite R500.
• Pre-preg - PRE-PREG is a label for machine-made floorball sticks. These shafts are produced on an automated production line, so their price is lower. The material (especially the composite material) is pressed in a vacuum on this line. This is a faster and cheaper production process.
• TRX resin is type of resin used for this sticks. OxDog uses 3 types of resin in its sticks: EVO resin, TRX resin and lightweight HES resin. EVO and TRX resins are synthetic resins. TRX resin is slightly heavier and has a shorter life than EVO resin.
• Medium fast is the category of your stick strength and speed. OxDog divides its shafts into 4 groups (Hyper, Ultra, Super and Medium fast). Floorball shafts Medium fast have the great speed and thus transfer the most energy to your shots. Medium fast stick is medium-speed sticks!

Handling shapes

There are several types of handling shapes, but there is no universal recommendation which shape is the best. It is just a subjective feeling. The OxDog handling shapes are:

• ROUND - This is a round handling shape. 90% of floorball sticks have this round handling shape.
• OVAL/SWEOVAL - This is an oval handling shape. This oval handling shape provides a firmer grip on the stick, but there is higher weight because of more material. This type of handling shape is suitable for players with larger palms.
• D-OVAL This is a square handling shape with rounded corners. This grip is specific to OxDog sticks. The basic shape of the grip is oval, but the upper part is flattened by 5 mm, so the final shape is a square. However, compared to the HOCKEY handling shape (square profile ), the edges are rounded.

OxDog Razor

The Razor blade is the most universal blade by the OxDog. Its concavity is 9 mm, which places the blade in the group of more concave blades. This concavity is from the heel to the tip along its entire length. The Razor is also a slightly pre-bent blade with the tip twisting inwards and downwards. Thanks to this information, we know that the Razor blade is excellent for sweeper shoot and also for slap shoot. The ball holds on to the blade and moves in the pocket, which was created due to the high concavity and pre-bending. Working with the ball is also improved by the material of the blade, which makes it smooth and the ball does not bounce, but at the same time retains great shooting properties.

The ribbing and the thick cross in the heel make the Razor high torsionally rigid blade. The heel is very hard and thus directs energy directly to the shoots. Which makes the Razor the ideal shooting blade. Your shoots will be really hard! The backhand side of the blade is relatively straight. It turns up to its last third. The tip of the blade turns inwards and downwards. This is great, because the bending of the blade does not matter when shooting backand. You can use quite a lot of backhand blade area. So Razor is ideal for backhand play.

OxDog Razor is a universal floorball blade. It will help you with all types of shoots and with the passing. Razor will improve your work with the ball. We would recommend it to players who like a high control over the ball, but can still shoot hard. The weight of the blade is 75g.

OxDog Wrap GRIP is a grip in which great emphasis was placed on its durability, especially in the most stressed parts so that this grip can withstand the maximum possible load and the speed of its wear was minimal. It holds perfectly in the hands, does not slip and wicks sweat away perfectly.
