The Aero floorball stick from the Q-series is a well-balanced stick designed for players who require both power and precision. The shaft is made of carbon composite 80 % carbon / 20 % glass fiber and a small amount of Vectran, which ensures an optimal balance between strength, lightness, and vibration damping for better control during play. The Aero series now features a narrower end cap with the Salming logo and a new lightweight X3M Performance grip for the best feel and handling. The floorball stick with a hardness of 29 belongs to the medium-hard category, recommended for advanced players, hobby players, beginners, women, and juniors. The higher the hardness number of the stick, the softer the shaft. Choosing the right shaft hardness can positively affect your technique and shooting.
Introducing the Q-series collection – a unique concept of sticks designed for fast and agile players. Shafts from the Q-series have the kickpoint, the point of maximum shaft flex, moved closer to the blade, providing better ball control and allowing the ball to leave the blade faster.
Thanks to the kickpoint being closer to the blade, your shots will be quicker, faster, and more precise. These shafts are popular among players who use fast wrist shots and unexpected passes. In terms of weight, these shafts are comparable to top shaft models (Carbon Swift and Carbon Pro), but the addition of glass fiber increases durability and changes shaft balance (feels heavier).
This is the most popular blade from Salming. Its popularity is mainly due to its versatility. You can shoot and pass in all ways with it. This versatility comes from its curvature (Not too much, not too little, just right.) and slightly pre-bent tip, resulting in a favorite and successful blade, used by Kim Nilsson – one of the best and most famous floorball players. He has been offered new blades – Hawk, Raptor – but always rejected them and stuck with his Q1 blade.
The Quest 1 blade is ideal for technical players; passing with both forehand and backhand is easy. Great for slap shots and various technical tricks. The blade’s concavity is 7.2 mm at the deepest point, and the playing area is 181cm² – the smallest among all Salming models.
Its weight is only 72g, making it one of the lightest blades on the market.
The popular X3M grip in a lightweight version for even better feel and handling. This type of grip is available only on sticks – not sold separately.
