This technology gives you the lightest floorball sticks by Fat Pipe. Normal carbon shafts have six or seven layers of carbon fibers, each layer being 0.15 mm thick. Shaft Raw has 11 layers of carbon fiber, each layer has just 0.07 mm. The use of more extremely thin layers ensures high flexibility and elasticity and very low total weight.
"RAW" in the name of the stick technology refers to the raw design of its surface. Polishing the stick is a final treatment in which the upper carbon fibers can be broken. This will not happen with unpolished floorball sticks! Unpolished floorball sticks have a higher quality than polished shaft. Negative factors in this process are design errors, such as the fact that the surface of the stick isn't smooth and bubbles can be seen on it.
Floorball Stick with Shaft - Thin Shaft represents an innovative approach to stick manufacturing, where a thinner shaft offers players unique advantages to improve their game. Thanks to the thinner design, the stick is not only lighter, which allows for faster reactions and better handling, but also provides increased ball control. With the Thin Shaft floorball stick you get:
However, it is important to keep in mind that with a thinner shaft comes certain trade-offs. Thin Shaft floorball clubs may be less resistant to extreme forces, requiring more careful use with hard shots. Additionally, if you have larger hands, the grip on the thinner shaft may be less comfortable.
The Fat Pipe SILK floorball blade is designed for players who seek an exceptionally smooth touch on the ball and maximum control over the game. Made from PP Soft (PPS) material, it offers a silky-soft feel and ensures seamless ball handling without unnecessary energy loss.
The SILK blade features medium concavity and a rounded shape with a pre-curved tip. The curve starts at the front part of the blade and flows naturally toward the tip. The ribbing is engineered to provide enough stiffness in the heel while maintaining a soft feel on contact with the ball. Its lightweight construction and modern shape contribute to fast, fluid ball control and precise finishing. Shooting with this blade is smooth and technically accurate, with outstanding feel for detail.
The pre-curved construction also affects backhand play – due to the significantly bent backside, this blade is not ideal for backhand finishes. On the other hand, it excels in forehand work with the ball, especially in drag shots, where its soft touch and superior control can shine.
The Fat Pipe SILK blade stands out for its softness and playing comfort. It is a slightly pre-curved blade with medium concavity that perfectly suits technical players as well as shooters. It features a firm heel and a soft, easily moldable tip – ideal for those who want 100% control over the ball and seek maximum precision in every situation.
The FatPipe Sticky wrap is made of non-slip material that absorbs sweat very well.
