The highly responsive Speedlight foam (SLF) used in the midsole helps with energy return into take-offs. Under the heel, the EQ Fly features an integrated SA+ insert, which minimizes undesirable harsh impacts on the heel and thus protects the joints. The shoe is designed with a low outsole profile for improved stability during side-to-side movements, allowing instant reactions when changing direction.

The upper is made of lightweight synthetic panels, holding the foot in an optimal position without restricting flexibility.
