The season 2014/2015 is over. Juniors, men and women are training hard for the upcoming season, unlike younger players who enjoy holidays. Summer is a perfect time for improving skills. We prepared this article for those who want to improve their skills - dribbling, passing and shooting. If you follow this piece of advice, we promise you will be better prepared for the upcoming season and your hand will be better skilled! :-)
A dribbling and keeping the ball
The balldribbling makes it harder for a defender - doesn't know what's in an attackers mind - to pass or run with a ball, right or left, forward or back, so it is harder to estimate the timing. You can dribble the ball at the halt or under way. It is worthless during a run at full speed, it would slow you down.

A pass
Passing is one of the most important skills at every collective ball game. You need to know two things to manage good passes: - Receving the ball without missing the ball. - Passing the ball exactly towards your team-mate's blade. The ball should passed in an easy way - it should not jump and it should be fast enough (not too fast, but also not too slow)

A shot
The right way how to practise shooting for a first time is to find a calm position - just stay and shoot. Later you can practice shooting while running or during an inflation for the pass. Follow also the floorball rules! Do not raise your stick above the waist - Keep in mind you cannot raise the stick above the waist (at the begining of at the end of shooting).
