Shaft technology

TourLite ™ - A proven flight model among Salming's round conical shafts. To create a lightweight TourLite ™ shaft, they use the finest lightweight carbon fiber with a unique design, in some cases combined with other fibers. A popular shaft among the top players around the world.

Carbon Composite - Special blend of carbon and fiberglass Carbon Composite provides high shaft resistance and long life.

Blade Salming Quest 1

Well-proven Salming blade with stronger frame. Favorite across the spectrum, from elves to veterans, both men and women play with her. It is sought after mainly because of its versatility. With the Quest 1 blade you can process and record well with forehand and backend, you can shoot accurate and sharp shot by pulling and hammering, ready and ready shot. The bending of the blade is not as pronounced as the Hawk blade, but is certainly greater than the Quest 3 or Raptor blade.

  • TRIDENT TECHNOLOGY Unbeatable Shaft-to-blade system to maintain stick integrity. The blade naturally follows the shaft

  • SINGLE CAVITY PLUS One separate horizontal cavity along the entire blade

  • TORSION LID SYSTEM Filling the space between the grids around the perimeter of the foot portion gives the blade strength

  • TOE DRAG DESIGN TDD This design makes it easier to pull the ball towards the body. TDD ™ will improve your ball experience

Weight: 72g

Forehand surface: 181 sq.cm

Blade Salming Hawk

Salming Hawk is new for the 2017/18 season, it belongs to pre-curved blades with thinner frame.

The blade excels in particular with its structured forehand part, which is knurled over its entire surface. This indentation improves ball control on the blade and prevents unwanted spinning of the ball when shooting or passing from behind the body. At the tip you will find Claw - the so-called Salming Hawk blade (translation hawk or falcon), with which all handles and pullers even faster and more accurate. The Salming Hawk has a reinforced center rib to prevent unwanted blade twisting when loaded. Our ambassadors Robin Nilsberth and Rasmus Sundstedt also participated in the development of this blade. A glittering Salming Hawk logo is printed on the foot.

ATTENTION The Salming Hawk blades are fitting deeper than the other Salming blades, plus it is necessary to use a shaft with four notches in the shaft. Older shafts without pre-treatment, notching, will not fit properly into the blade and risk breaking the shaft at the bottom. From season 2018/19 all shafts longer than 80 cm will be equipped with just four notches.

Touch Plus ™

The softest blade material from Salming. Touch Plus is a blend developed for even more sensitive workmanship and fine technology. The ball does not bounce as much as hard blades. We recommend this material for rubber surfaces.

Grip Ultimate grip

Basic grip from Salming. Its smooth surface and thin profile do not slip even under heavy load.
